- About the Album:
- Agora Sim is the debut album by the veteran Brazilian drummer, percussionist, and educator Pércio Sápia. Having spent over 40 years as a respected session musician and teacher alongside icons like Leny Andrade and Heraldo do Monte, this record marked a milestone where Sápia stepped fully into the spotlight as a bandleader, producer, and arranger. True to Pércio's deep connections in the São Paulo jazz scene, the album features a rotating cast of incredible instrumentalists instead of a static quartet.
