- About the Album:
- Banda Tercina is an independent Brazilian instrumental music group that formed in 2012 in the city of Tracunhaém, Pernambuco. Their sound heavily reflects the regional folk traditions, such as maracatu, frevo, ciranda, and coco de roda, which they blend with broader global genres like jazz, salsa, samba, and baiao. The band operates as an instrumental quintet. The specific names of the rotating individual members are kept low-profile under the collective band name.
